Dry Autumn

It looks like rain today at La Joya Dulce. We need that — Steamboat Springs had a dry, dry summer, and so far its been a dry autumn. Dry or not, we’ve had beautiful ranch weddings this year, with one more to go before we shut it down for 2018.

Here are a few shots from Katherine Jacobson and Adam Klingenberg’s wedding last weekend, plus a few shots of (dry!) fall color on the ranch.

Our main ceremony site has a great view of the Elk River Valley.

Katherine, Adam and their photographer (Danielle Zimmerer) took some shots in an aspen grove near our pond. Wayne shot them from up near our arena.

Another long-distance shot of Katherine and Adam. This shows how dry the pastures are this year.

Dry but colorful.

La Joya Dulce is available year round to host your Steamboat Springs ranch wedding.
