Steamboat’s Only Barn Wedding Venue

Kathie and Wayne are lifelong skiers, and we remember a famous advertisement for Steamboat Springs from the early 1970s:

This is not the La Joya Dulce barn

The ad helped make Steamboat Springs famous for ranches, cowboys, cowgirls and especially that famous barn. The famous barn isn’t available for weddings and events, but La Joya Dulce’s barn is available. In fact, La Joya Dulce is proud to be the only barn wedding venue in Steamboat Springs.

Obviously, the barn in the famous ad isn’t our barn. The famous barn is the Arnold Barn – it was recently moved for renovation:

La Joya Dulce’s barn is fully finished and beautifully lit with Edison lights. It seats up to 150 for reception dinners.

If your group is too big for dinner in the barn, don’t worry – our pavilion can host up to 400, and you can still use the barn for cocktails and dancing.

La Joya Dulce is still a (small) working ranch, so you can visit our horses and cows as part of your Steamboat Springs ranch wedding.

We’d love to help make your Steamboat Springs ranch (and barn!) wedding a beautiful reality. View our amenities or contact us here.
